The in-house sales force for the Flexible Printed Circuit Division is made up of a product manager, customer service representatives and several applications engineers who are always available to work with the customers and answer technical questions.
Quotes can be generated from CAD data, faxed prints, or sketches. No matter how the design is conveyed to us, we always contact the customer prior to quoting to make sure we understand exactly what the customer is looking for and the critical aspects of the part. Through this detailed interaction with the customer during the quoting and design phase, we are able to insure the end result is a circuit that will work in its intended application, and is manufactured using the most efficient processes.
Once an order is placed our fully trained staff of customer service representatives is available to answer questions pertaining to delivery and contract requirements. Our primary focus is the customer and our goal is their satisfaction.
