Tech-Etch is committed to protecting the environment and complying with the European Directive regarding the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS). Parts are considered compliant to the RoHS Directive if incidental concentrations of the following substances are below the adopted limits.

Tech-Etch RoHS compliant statements can be found on the packing slip under the Certificate of Compliance.
RoHS status can be pre-determined through the absence or use of the above mentioned substances. For example, a Tin/Lead or Cadmium plated part would not be certified RoHS compliant.
