Plymouth, MA.... Tech-Etch has added to its popular "V" Series Finger Stock by introducing two Variable finger Snap-on Edge Mount gaskets. One side of the BeCu gasket hooks over the edge of a flange while fingers on the opposite side snap into slots. Each gasket is offered in five different finger, or slot, patterns. By reducing the number of full fingers, shielding effectiveness is increased, since there are fewer gaps to close. The gaskets offer EMI/RFI shielding effectiveness up to 100db attenuation. Snap-on mounting provides fast, secure installation with high durability. No adhesive or fasteners are required. Featuring a no-snag design, the "V" Series is ideal for bi-directional applications, requires only a low closing force and closes gaps as small as .01". Item numbers are 187VE32FXx and 250VE37FXx.
