The in-house sales force for the Shielding Division is made up of a business manager, product engineers and shielding specialists who are always available to work with customers and answer technical questions.

Standard products are quoted by computer for fast response. Quotes for custom work can be generated from CAD data, faxed prints, or sketches. No matter how the design is conveyed to us, we always contact the customer prior to quoting to make sure we understand exactly what the customer is looking for and the critical aspects of the part. Through this detailed interaction with the customer during the quoting and design phase, we are able to ensure the end result is a shielding product that will work in its intended application, and is manufactured using the most efficient processes.

Once an order is placed our fully trained staff of customer service representatives is available to answer questions pertaining to delivery and contract requirements. Our primary focus is the customer and our goal is their satisfaction.
