Two-Piece Standard Board Level Shielding
| Standard two-piece board level shield are offered in two versions: Spring Finger and Low-Profile SlimShield. Configurable PDF sales drawings are offered for both versions below. Spring Finger The design incorporates a unique spring finger style attachment between fence and cover. The use of this design can be customized to almost any possible configuration including rectangular, "L" shaped, "V" shaped, or even irregular shapes. With the utilization of brass and tin plating, the standard design materials are always in stock with no special materials required. Low-Profile SlimShield SlimShield is a low-profile, two-piece board level shielding line with a dimpled cover that snaps into etched holes on the fence and offers a shield heights as low as to .060". The photo etching process provides complete design freedom and fast delivery. Standard dimple tooling offers variable dimple location with excellent cover retention at very low cost.
